Comedian CD John dies in autocrash

Upcoming comedian, CD John has been reported dead. He died this morning at St Nicholas hospital, Lagos, after sustaining serious injuries last night in a car accident while coming back from an event. CD was in his car with friends, but he was the only one who died.

Unbelievable! Saw him at the comedy titans show last month...such an amazing talent. Who would have imagined this? Dear Lord, have mercy on us all. May his soul rest in peace...amen.

    My brother introduced CD John's video to me last year on youtube. Last sunday, I was sharing the same video with another friend. I love his comedy sooooo much. It's always fresh whenever I watch it. He will be sadly missed. I really do hope he was born again because it dosn't matter how he died but where he will spend eternity.

    @ Deborah God's child I read it. I read the article and I must say, I am scared and at the same time filled with Compassion for Jesus that died for us human beings and for him to watch his children Perish this way must be very painful.
    I pray God gives me the grace to make it to heaven because that is where I really want to be. God help us all. Jesus is the only way to eternal life.

    based on developing updates on this accident..perhaps the use of seat belt, sobreity (no intoxication) and moderate speeding would have preserved this young man's life. I mean no one else from the accident is in critical condition, just medium injuries. God knows best, and may that God rest his soul

    CD John may your soul rest in peace. Linda NO he did not die on his birthday,it was not his birthday he celebrated his birthday in arrears on wednesday the 16th March 2011 with some of his colleagues,he said the reason why he was celebrating his birthday on wednesday where they usually meet every wednesday the comedians was because he will not have time on Sunday the 27th March 2011 which was suppose to be his birthday date originally, he left their to attend Questionmark event at Tribeca on Victoria Island same wednesday 16th March 2011,it was on his way back to Mainland where he resides early on Thursday morning that he crashed into a stationary vehicle,they were 4 in the car they all sustain injury,they were all rushed to St.Nicholas hospital on Island they were all attended to,out of it he was even making a joke from what happened to him on his bed but all of a sudden his system stopped working and before the doctor could run round,he died. Doctors report is still been awaited. Linda you are doing a great job l hate to do this but please always get your information right investigate before you blog it girl. weldone Linda.

    It"s a pity this talented young man is dead and everybody is blaming fashola's campaign car.. does it mean that people cannot pack their cars by the road anymore?
    Was the car at a bend?
    If it was on a straight road, why didn't the lead car see it?
    At what speed where they driving at?

    I mean, these dudes may have have been at a very top speed. Maybe the golf 2, even faster to keep up with the ford.

    I had one incident in Christmas of 2008. My car was packed normally on the curb and someone from nowhere ran into it. Was that my fault

    I don't when people square place the blame on someone who they are not so sure was at fault.

    In all, I give glory to God for his life and pray he grants him eternal rest, amen.

    @Anonymous 12:51pm yes he was alive for a while,given treatment,he made some jokes,he even said he wanted to ease himself that somebody should help him before one could say jack robinson things turned around,only the doctor can say what went wrong.

    This guy was suppose to perform live in my church, and i was looking 4ward to it. May his soul rest in peace. we will all die smday, but the most important thing is for us to give our lives to Christ while we re still alive. Be wise,this world is not ur home.
