Around noon yesterday, a man was crushed to death when a truck loaded with a 14-foot container fell on his SUV. The unfortunate accident occurred at the junction of the New Garage bus stop along Ikorodu Road.
as for this one in needs to be investigated - this is spiritual (am just quoting what my friend will say - to her no death in africa is normal every death is witchcraft related)
WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET THESE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION OFF OUR ROADS?!!! NIGERIA! Containers should not be plying our roads. End of. May the man RIP
You cannot really avoid trailers as there is no other way to transport the large amount of Products we Nigerians consume daily. The problem to me is bad roads and OKADA but people need to travel fast so what can we do.... It's just sad and unfortunate
Oh Jesu Kristi! May the man rest in peace. Kai his poor family I can't even imagine how they are feeling right now.
I really think that trailers and oil tankers should NOT be on the same roads as normal cars. I don' know if different roads should be created or the railway stations should be renovated and used to transport these materials instead. All I know is that something needs to be done, every other day there are gory stories of people either burning or being crushed ti death. May God save us all.
Poor man, imagine how terrified he must have been to see a trailer fall on him. I hope he died instantly and didn't suffer too much pain.
wow!! govt should do something about this trailers with containers that they dont blot well.its really not nice when people die cause of them.thats so not fair..may his soul rest in peace.amen
Very sad.I don't understand how it happened but the big vehicles and trucks have a huge responsibility to the roads.Such accidents are severe on the victims.
May his soul Rest In Peace. The accident was caused by the reckless riding by a bike man who the trailer driver was trying to avoid.
