Arisekola Alao's son kidnapped in Lagos

Saheed Alao, one of the sons of billionaire business man and Aare Musulimi of Yorubaland, Alhaji Arisekola Alao was  kidnapped on Friday February 18, 2011 at his Victoria Island Lagos home. The kidnappers are asking for N200million For his release.

I ask again...has kidnapping really come to Lagos?

    these kidnappers shuold really start getting killed bc this is too much! This is like a new business for them and it's flourishing! How can we be better if people keep getting kidnapped from their homes?? Are we safe anywhwere anymore?!/ This has got to stop for real!!! And until the maximum punishment is metted out on these people, they'll never learn!

    I read somewhere else that he’s Arisekola Alao’s nephew and it’s planned to look like a kidnapping. Whatever the case, i hope he’s found safely and unhurt.

    where is there to run for safety?
    from the SS (MEND), to the SE, now Lagos. and you have Jos mayhem, Boko Haram up North. na wa! the only safe place in Naija now is probably somewhere in the middle belt, like Taraba, Benue, or Kogi. or maybe even Calabar. everywhere else seems to be on "fire."

    He has been found after giving the kidnappers 60 million Naira. A newspaper says it was his grandson. I think Linda was correct because his grandson cannot be that old. Should be his son.

    The guy has been reportedly released by his abductors since Monday after a ransom of about N60m was paid.He was found around Ojoo area.This is not good for Lagos at all

    Linda story is true. He treats him like his son and calls him his son, but is a nephew. He was released on Tuesday.

    Are you sure the son does not know about this? He might have planned his own kidnapping. Never trust spoilt brats of these embezzlers, maybe dad has refused to part with some money he asked for?
