- One J5 bus with thirty (30) bags of 50kg rice also concealed with woods.
Maybe this one refused to settle.Customs officers at Seme collect money from rice smugglers period!

ReplyDeleteMaybe he refused to settle customs. This is called arrest for the year so that government will believe they're working. Its only those with badluck that gets arrested when they want to prove to the government something. They may compensate the man in his subsequent trips.
