Donald Trump congratulates new Democrats chairman in a sublime way

US President, Donald Trump has just congratulated the new chairman of his opposition party, Thomas Perez, who has just been named Chairman of the DNC. According to him, 'I could not be happier for him, or for the Republican Party'. Lol
