We will give you positive change as we promised- Pres Buhari assures Nigerians

President Buhari today assured Nigerians of giving the positive and progressive change he promised durig the 2015 election campaigns. Buhari gave the assurance when he spoke in Osun state today
"We promised Nigerian people positive and progressive change during our campaign. We are not and shall not be deterred from that noble undertaking. But as we have learnt from history, change has never been attained by any nation on a bed of roses, but rather, through patience, perseverance and steadfastness.
We are quite aware of the pains and inconveniences that have been the lot of the citizenry in the past one year as we strive to faithfully implement our programmes in fulfilment of our change agenda. We are however comforted by the real change and progress we have made in fighting corruption and restoring integrity to government; providing security for lives and property; and positioning the government for effectiveness and especially deregulating the oil sector"he said

  5. I'm fed up of all these positive promises of change by PMB and APC led government in the light of the current economic recession and hardship in Nigeria. We can't wait to get APC government out of office come 2019.

  10. We believe you Sir and you have our full support to change Nigeria for good,we know you wish Nigeria nothing but the best even wailing wailers will agree to that. If fighting corruption is the only thing you can offer, you are still the best president Nigeria has ever produced, far better than the one who said "stealing is not corruption" infact I wouldn't even compare. Long live PMB,We love you and so proud of you.The pains we all facing for eliminating the bad eggs we have in the country will surely turn to gain👍🏻

  28. There's this oldest saying about keeping ur mouth shut; 'keep your mouth shut and ppl will never know just how stupid you are. Open it and u remove all doubt". Buhaha shud probably learn to shut it up already.

  29. Thank you Mr president, I know you mean well, those short sighted fellows who are crying : Crucify' today will come to say Kudos! When things are restored. Where were when those crooks were selling the hope of Nigerians and carrying the proceeds abroad. They should know we we all own this niger.if they couldn't do anything during their 16 years of misrule they keep quiet and stop sponsoring attacks, God bless Buhari for going after those thieves

  34. This man is total confuse in all. He lack the abilities to be a leader in these 20th century. Must we all die before buhari admit that he is not in charge for the change they promise. Change is easy to achieve if you know how.is only difficult when you forceful force yourself into power without a proper planning. Let him take up the honourable way and resign now.

  35. Pls find something else to say.. We are tired of all these irreconcilable promises.

  39. The worst thing that has happened to Nigeria in recent times is not Buhari o, but the heedless and most conceited supporters of the brainless bigot!!!

Did you know that for them Buhari can do no wrong? He's beyond association with failure...and yet here is a man that has no school certificate!!!

The economy is in a most parlous state but they argue that he mustn't be blamed for it at all....

The truth, as I have come to find it, is that they don't want you to question them or the wisdom in their choice of Buhari as Nigeria's president....

It is not really that they are unaware that Buhari is an ODO with a dot in its centre!

Put simply, they are self-conceited bastards!!!!

Things are going from awry-mounting-awry to confusion giving way to apocalypse, yet for them the man has no hand in how Nigeria is steadily shaping up into Somalia...

Worst of all is that they are in their teeming legion, and they have a genius for bullying everyone to adopt their cynical worldview at the pain of being called wailing wailers or being branded supporters of corruption...

You haven't finished with your nimble evaluation of the current condition of things when they crowd you out with: "The past administration looted (bastardized) the treasury blind leaving Buhari with an empty treasury, and that is why we are here in this cesspool."

    And you know what?

These IDIOTS would vote in Buhari over and again, even if the implication is their own death.....

I have a strong feeling that what is happening in Nigeria today is beyond ordinary.....

Thank God I am not a victim of Buhari's powerful bewitchment.....

  40. Pls Linda your assistance is urgently needed in conveying a message to the Chairman of globacom and that's in the person of Chief Mike Adenuga. A department (Business Operation) in the portharcourt branch of the company has not been paying salary for a year now and we are made to understand that the chairman knows nothing about this. It has been a heartache to us as bills cannot be sorted and needs cannot be met. Unfortunately, schools will be resuming very soon and there is no means of paying school fees. It is a real quagmire to say the least. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks

    1. This is the moat stupid comment on this platform. How can you say the people are impatient when the economy is drowning in an ocean of poverty. The fact that you are benefiting from the buhaha administration and thus sees nothing wrong with him does not make him a saint. Guy please shut up and speak only the truth. The result of an economy like this is increase of crime which I bet you will definitely affect everybody. You voted an illiterate to run the affair of a great country and you are here telling people to be patient. I hope you tell yourself to be patient when you lose your job and all your source of income. Idiot
