on arrival at the enugu airport yesterday night, there was ankle deep
water on the runway. From the photos shared, passengers were also
stranded in the plane as there was no bus to convey them to the arrival

Am sure it was a very heavy rain. Meanwhile that's not the runway; that's the arrivals port. There's no way they will land on ankle deep flood and you will be coordinated enough to take pictures or type good English.
