According to an eyewitness, Okada Riders in Bauchi state are currently
protesting against the Introduction of Identity Cards by their union.
Each ID card would reportedly cost N3,500 and commercial bike riders in

And we had a PhD holder as president then, what was people's criteria for choosing him?
