Photos: Two arraigned for assaulting FRSC official in Lagos

Two men were arraigned today before Mrs AA Famobiwo of magistrate court 3, Surulere for assaulting an FRSC official. Nwandu Onyeka and Okechukwu Jackson were arraigned on three count charge of conspiracy, assault and obstruction. Both pleaded not guilty and were granted bail in the sum of 50k and 2 sureties each.

The case was adjourned to 18 July 2016 for mention. Both accused were remanded in prison custody as they couldn't meet the bail conditions.

  9. When the broke out last week Sunday d whole news blog in Nigeria posted which some people celebrated their wrong doing cos an officer was molested to their own satisfaction without knowing the cause of the issue.
    But thank God hand of d law has caught up with them.Justice shall prevail.
