him that he is barred from coming to the South West until he apologizes to

DeleteAs a citizen of Nigeria, you can freely enter any parts of the country that you wish to enter. Nobody has the right to restrict anybody's movement. Although i am not in support of Dino insulting Remi Tinubu as a woman, but the yorubas have not right to restrict Dino's movement in the South West. The yorubas do not own Nigeria. The South South feeds the whole nation with their oil and they have never restricted any tribes from coming to the South South to do oil business.
