Please before posting comments and insulting the OAP, it would be nice for you to note that he stated he was not encouraging rape in any way but he just thought to educate ladies on how to avoid them. Let us rid ourselves of sentiments when addressing issues. There is no justification for rape, but rape can be reduced drastically if only we would cover ourselves up more.

He isn't justifying rape or the action of rapists.
