  13. These people are on some fucking bullshit. Mr Nyong, was arrested and arraigned as part of due process. He was granted bail as part of due process. He doesn't deserve any special treatment due to his "dignity". This is the process that thousands of Nigerians go through every year.

Mr Freeze, if there are any unlawful deviations from due process, just state what they are. Instead, you're taking sides with a ponzi schemer who has had the temerity to tell clients and tenants―through his proxies at the LG offices―that "Lekki Gardens is broke and everybody is on their own" with regards to being potentially forced out of their flats.

Siding with someone who deliberately circumvented state laws in order to grossly enrich himself at the expense of his clients is despicable. Lekki Gardens is not luxury housing. It has substandard work. Lines that aren't straight, uneven staircases, poor wiring, bad sewage & drainage systems, plus overcharging for expenses in order to cheat residents of funds. There's so much more to be told. The truth will out eventually.

  16. The court released him on bail, but the police have refused to let him go. Richard is still in police custody. APC leaders don't obey the rule of law.

    1. People died unfortunately but so do people die in air crashes and other unfortunate mishaps. Do you arrest and not grant bail to all the MDs. Did you arrest all the MDs of air lines each time there is a crash. ? Investigation should continue but don't insult or humiliate people unnecessarily

  29. ALOT OF NIGERIANS ARE SUFFERING FROM INJUSTICE,I DONNT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY..... ARE WE SAYING THE POLICE ARE MORE HIGHER IN POSITION THAN THE COURT....SERIOUSLY WHY STILL HOLD HIM WHEN THE COURT HAS GRANTED HIM BAIL?THIS NATION IS FULL OF INJUSTICE....GOD HAS BROUGHT HIM OUT ALREADY THEIR IS NOTHING THE POLITICAL PARTIES/C.P OF LAGOS STATE CAN DO ABOUT IT,LET HIM OUT ITS GETTING SO POLITICAL IN THIS ISSUE.....#freeLGMD....

  30. Freeze, nothing has been done outside of the law in Lekki Gardens case.Sometime you confuse people by your grandstanding and pretending to be a born again and calling God's name in vain.Every idiot on the street knows that Lekki Gardens is a Ponzi scheme and has the lowest standard and quality in the industry. If an audit is done, the company is technically bankrupt.By the time Lagos State is done with the audit , I pity the investors. His buy two and get one free blaa blaa blaa is not possible. He should be left to face justice and Freeze should stop all these I know all Google knowledge. By the way can you furnish the public the receipts of those your watches and Freeze, do you have a house in Lagos or you are a tenant. What is your pedigree, are you born into a rich home cause your salary and income cannot support those your collection. No beef just to set the record straight. DA
