Saraki's trial must go on- Suprem court rules

The Supreme court has ruled that Senate President, Bukola Saraki must continue his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT). In a judgement delivered this morning, the apex court dismissed Saraki's appeal challenging the authority of the tribunal in trying him for a 13 count charge of asset falsification filed against him by the Federal government last year.

The apex court ruled that the tribunal had the constitutional power to try him and so his trial must continue.

    1. I see the beginning of the end of apc, from what I saw in a vision, should anything happen to saraki his followers which is about 70% of the Senate will decamp to pdp which makes it easier to impeach buhari. Apc should be very careful..
