Photos: ISIS publicly cut off the hand of man accused of theft..

A new video reportedly released by the Islamic State in Raqqa, Syria, shows a man accused of stealing being punished by having his hand cut off. See pic of his hand after it was cut off after the cut..

    Quran

    Quran (5:38) - "As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power." Keep in mind that the Quran promises the most severe of punishments for those who believe in one part of the Quran, but not the other (2:85). There is no such thing as moderate Islam. Those Muslims who reject cutting off hands for theft are disregarding an explicit rule in the Quran. This makes them subject to punishment from true believers, since they are hypocrites by definition (see 66:9).
