Freeze questions Jumoke's instant rise to fame while Ayodele's achievement isn't celebrated

Freeze took to his IG page to express his feelings on Jumoke Orisaguna instant rise to fame with various endorsements while Ayodele who finished with a 5.0 CGPA from the University of Lagos isn't getting any deal. Continue below...

Before Ayodele, no one had 'EVER' finished with a perfect CGPA in UNILAG!!! Since it was established in 1962, he made history by becoming the first to achieve such a commendable feat!

Now, so many questions come to mind. How come my dear friend Kunbi of 'April with Kunbi' hasn't styled him or recommended him for styling? How come CNN hasn't done a story on him? How come his life isn't documented on blogs daily? How come he isn't a brand ambassador for any product?

The questions are ceaseless.

Ciara put up a post of an equally beautiful traffic hawker selling some type of fruit yesterday and she was described, in Ciara's own words as 'beautiful and talented'. If these two 'hawker beauties' were discovered less than 2 months apart, it means that beautiful girls that hawk commodities aren't in short supply in Lagos.

While people who finish with with a 5.0 CGPA are almost non existent! It took 54 years to produce the first one!

While Olajumoke and this other lady are rough stones that could be polished to achieve a lustrous shine, Ayodele is a true jewel, a rare yellow diamond in its truest and purest form.

Let's not let our 'poverty mentality', that makes things of lesser importance seem valuable, cloud our judgement. I have no objection to polishing stones to bring out their shine, but please let's not do it at the expense of gems of inestimable value!

The outcome of our future depends largely on 'what' or 'whom' we invest in. If Japan, Switzerland or America invested their time and money in pretty bread sellers, we won't have the brains behind their automotive, aeronautic, horological or financial achievements today.

I'm not saying we shouldn't celebrate Olajumoke o! Before people call me a hater but like hell we must celebrate Ayodele first! Just my thought on a Saturday evening~FRZ

      There is nothing sensible in what he said. 1st there is no need for comparison. They came from different backgrounds with diverse experience. 2ndly if he wants to help the boy he should give him a job. 3rd grades are important but its creative people that have the most money.

      When God's favour is involved, ur education is valueless. You guys should leave Olajumoke out of this. Freeze u dont need to compare them pls. Check the history of those who hv made it n famous in the world today. Most of them got educated later... so education is not a guarantee for success.

      Freeze nothing stops you from celebrating Ayodele everyday and in every way. After all it took just one woman TY to pull Olajumoke up before others jumped on the bandwagon, so let it be said across the land and beyond that it took just one man Freeze to help keep Ayodele among the stars, where he truely belongs. Why not sell off one or two of your vane wrist watches and finance his Masters and PhD programmes or betterstill set him up as an employer of labour...... then you'd go to bed a happy man every night.     Whether una like am or not, Olajumoke was made famous through the eyes of a camera held by Ty.Bello...my point exactly is this, no one would know Olajumoke is someone with good grades had not thought about inventing something like a camera... You're holding your phone, surfing the net and doing all sorts of magic that will thrill our uneducated forefathers...these innovations weren't made possible via a bread seller(no disrespect meant) but someone like ayodele who sat well to study on how to alleviate life.. take or leave is, education is the solid bed rock of a promising bright future..     as placed on academic excellence, neither is it celebrated anymore. Sadly also most of these companies are not helping matters. They'll neither promote pple like Ayodele, instead they'll use pple like Olajumoke and many of our youths (as entertainers) to market their product and jettison them into unemployment in the long run, tagging them as unemployable as they lack required skill and expertise. Unfortunately our youths of today are grossly distracted from academics by entertainment industry. I wonder where we'll get those brains to man our national productivity in the coming future. I foresee the influx of foreigners into Nigeria in future due to shortage or lack of expertise from the teaming local populace of adults who wasted their youth running entertainment for companies for transient fame and quick monetary rewards.
