Wife of President Buhari, Aisha Buhari, arrived Kebbi state in a presidential jet yesterday February 4th. She was in Kebbi to commission the multi million Naira Jega General Hospital named after her and the newly upgraded Birnin Yari Primary Health centre...more photos after the cut...
