Internally displaced person beheaded inside camp in Borno

A 23-year-old Internally displaced person was this morning found beheaded in one of their camps in Maiduguri, Borno state, Daily Trust reports. The circumstances surrounding the incident is yet to be unraveled by Police officers or NEMA officials at the camp
