First Lady of Bauchi state donates N8m worth of gifts to Christian women and widows

The First Lady of Bauchi State, Hajia Hadiza Abubakar donated food items and textile material worth N8 million to Christian women and Widows in the state. She said Sabon Kaura was selected for the flag off of the distribution because of the large population of Internally Displaced Persons that settled there.
Flagging off the distribution of the items at ECWA Church Sabon Kaura in Bauchi yesterday, Hajia Abubakar said the gesture was part of the present Gov's efforts at helping women with the burden of taking care of their families and to enable them enjoy the Christmas celebration.
