Medplus ZumbaFit comes to Victoria Island

You know how you spend the entire time dancing, forgetting you are actually working out, burning crazy amounts of calories, Well...Medplus ZumbaFit is back for the month of November! You don't need to be a rocking dancer to get a great workout. It cuts across all age groups. Everyone is there for a common goal, which is: Dance Laugh Shake and have Fun.
