Happens in ALL northern states, can't happen in any other region on the scale at which it happens in the north, not because dem holy pass but pesin no go sleep if e happen anoda place. The vestiges of the colonialists and their social engineering.
That was exactly what they did during Presidential Election in Nothern part of Nigeria where Buhari won 100 or 95 percent,it was on videos and pictures. No one stopped them then, they all voted. And that would've been among the ground for cancelling the result of that election if Jonathan had wanted it that way.
The underage voter is a PDP supporter. The incident happened in my polling unit. The PDP did the same thing during the last election. Wailing wailers will never change their ways. A Leopard can't change its spot. PDP!!!
