Video of Kach's performance at Felabration 2015

Our favorite new celebrity is back. This time showing us more of his persona on stage at last nights felabration event. The event took place at the popular Fela shrine located in Ikeja, from around 7pm to early morning.

The event hosted an array of artists upcoming and established alike. Kach, rising star and son of dr Ibe Kachikwu was amongst the list of these artist, and was able to shut the show down the show literally.

This back stage footage shows Kach performing his most recent and fast growing song OLO. During The performance he seems to unexpectedly stop the music and after deliberating a minute with his fans instructs someone to come on stage with a white bag. Kach then opens the bag and begins to throw notes of 500 naira into the crowd. As seen in the video the crowd begin to uncontrollably bombard the stage and despite attempts from officials of the show to stop him he seems far too deep in his element for anyone to catch his attention.

Unfortunately for Kach though our country's power situation was about to pour a little rain on his parade. The show seems to have had a technical fault causing temporary loss in power to the lights and sound of the event hall. The light did eventually come on and Kach was able to finish performing his song. Continuing his money throwing escapades ofcourse. Sources in the event claim Kach threw in excess of 200,000 naira during his performance and as he left the complex. Tsk tsk tsk Kach , didn't daddy ever tell you not to waste money ,although in all honesty the crowd do seem to be enjoying the show .The GMDs does seem to have a natural flair for his craft and may yet have a positive contribution to make in the Nigerian music industry. Let's wait and see. Till then try and keep your money in the bank Kach or wait till I'm there before you throw it.
