That's how most men are. We live in a very patriarchal society. Recently, I got into a verbal fight with a bus conductor who refused to give me change because to him I had change and refused to pay with it. I told him I had the right to pay with any denomination I had. He and the driver threatened to drive off with my money until I started yelling. Everyone in that bus supported them and cursed me with all sorts of nasty words. I fired back with the same nasty words. He eventually gave me the change. It's not always good to join issues with such disrespectful and uncivilized people but sometimes one can't help but fight back or better still involve the police.

So d caretaker of d house came bk and blocked d girl at d back ooo without askin cos d girl packed in his space. D funny part is dat d man used his audi to block d girl's Mercedes 4matic 350 lool. D girl came out and wanted to go and saw dat she was blocked, she begged d tailor to Luk for d person dat blocked herr. So d tailor called d man and den told d girl dat she packed at d man's space. Dats why d man blocked her. Chhoi!! D girl flared up. Wen d man came out he saw d girl, instead of him to remove his car ooo, he looked at d girrl and entered back inside his house. Maybe cos she is a girl and luks small, dat was why he tink he can intimidate her. ReplyDeleteThat's how most men are. We live in a very patriarchal society. Recently, I got into a verbal fight with a bus conductor who refused to give me change because to him I had change and refused to pay with it. I told him I had the right to pay with any denomination I had. He and the driver threatened to drive off with my money until I started yelling. Everyone in that bus supported them and cursed me with all sorts of nasty words. I fired back with the same nasty words. He eventually gave me the change. It's not always good to join issues with such disrespectful and uncivilized people but sometimes one can't help but fight back or better still involve the police.
