The man was on the floor, bleeding and unconscious and according to the LIB reader who sent in the photo, everyone was just standing there. Full pic after the cut...

    The other day a dying man was at celiat bus-stp jst after egbeda,the officials were thr wit ambulance o,they said they were waiting for God knows what,before theylater carried d man.mtscheeeeew.

  24. Witnessed a similar incident early this morning on my way to work. A man was unconscious inside his car as passerby's just strolled past him without help for fear of police and their supposed suspect victim. I had to reach out to people for his rescue. Thank God hez feeling much better.

  25. Why are you people blaming the person that sent in the picture? the law enforcement agency - the police are there watching. Are the police not the right people to do their job here? Carry the guy to the hospital - then be ready to bring police report and start explanations.

  27. Hmmm,as of the time i passed,he was just laid there with no medical help,despite the fact that there are hospitals very close. Police men were just there in their van looking and chatting. I even thought he was dead already.
