Oby Ezekwesili replies after CNBC tweeted that Arunma Oteh is the first African woman VP of World Bank

The former Minister who also served as VP African region of the World Bank asked CNBC Africa to make use of Google after they posted a tweet saying that Arunma Oteh is the first African woman VP of the World Bank. CNBC however maintains they are correct. See their reaction after the cut...

    Still, CNBC are wrong. Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was the first African woman Vee Pee at the World Bank. In fact she was VP and Treasurer of the World Bank before she became Nigeria's first woman Minister of Finance under President Obasanjo.

Any right thinking person should have congratulated the appointee first and even if CNBC made a mistake would have been well informed not to tweet. Ogu is bad hearted jealousy infested apology of a woman and her only rise to national consciousness is the making of Obj so in short while NOI and Aruma got their posts on merit Obiageli Ezekwesili got hers because she is purely a creation of Obj and for all the other sundry duties she did for him.
