Photos: World Bank Country Director for Nigeria adopts Nigerian boy

World Bank Country Director for Nigeria, Ms. Marie Francoise Marie-Nelly has adopted a Nigerian boy. Former Education Minister, Oby Ezekwesili pictured above introducing the boy at a function recently.

  16. Awwwww. Very classy lady and has a great sense of humor. Yes, that is a tattoo. If you meet her, you would know she is a free spirit but SUPER intelligent! The boy is in for a great life. God bless her!

  18. This lady really tried - setting such an extraordinary example for the international community. I agree that the boy is sooo lucky. I also understand that he is an orphan - both parents died last year. Anyway, good luck to both of them.
