Three days ago, footballer Emmanuel Adebayor put his estranged family on blast by revealing how much he'd done for them and how ungrateful he felt they were (read
here). He took to his Facebook page yesterday to share a pic of his brother Rotimi (pictured with him above) and said the part 2 of his brother's story will be revealed soon. That's when his sister Lucia Adebayor decided to respond. She called him a liar and said the family was done with him. What she wrote below...
"Keep on lying to the whole world brother. Where is the car you got for mum? You took it back. The house you claim you bought for sister are all lies. The phones Rotimi stole are all lies. Money is not everything oooo. We the family don’t even need you again just be on your own so we do the same. The fact you have it today doesn't guarantee your tomorrow. May God Allah forgive you. The Alphas and Mallams have done great harm to your life. You need God. Only God can save your soul." Lucia Adebayor wrote on her brother's post on Facebook

ReplyDeleteEasy for a lot of you to judge the family, but I must say if Emmanuel's mother really is a witch and wanted him dead would she not have killed him long before the fame. Also I must say that you don't know the sacrifices at the initial stage of his career that the family would have done in ensuring the Emma achieves his ambition, like selling their personal properties to provide for his ticket and up keep etc. That is why they may think that they hold claim to his income. Read between the lines, she has said that Emma is listening to outsiders of imams and alphas who are misguiding him into thinking that his family are after him. This is what fake pastors and imams are prone to doing to win the ear of the listener. However said, I would suggest that Emma buys into a thriving business and employs his family or give them shares whereby they too should earn income. The truth of the matter is this, Emmanuel might hv done a lot for his family but people should not judge him or his family. They would settle their problems in the future. The underlining issue here is that diabolical forces are at play in d family. Emmanuel n his family need to seek divine intervention from God Jehovah. To me, Emmanuel Adebayor is one of the Best African player that has plied his trade in Europe. Where is he today, his football is near comatose.
