I know this lady personally. What happened was that she was walking close to the Cantonment and the lady Soldier told her she had passed a restricted area and that she should go back. She said okay and told the Soldier that for the sake of other people that might pass through there, there should be a sign saying the area is restricted. This got the Soldier miffed and she the told the lady that she would beat her up. The lady was taken aback, and she said "Beat me?", before she knew it, she was being whipped with the soldier's belt. The sad thing is that most likely nothing will be done to Ene the Soldier. What a shameful country we live in.
