    6. But i see PDP banners in Lekki, Jakande & Ajah.

They should make a formal complaint to the governor, and go to the court if necessary. There's still time.

I'm an APC supporter, but fair is fair.

    3. But really just yesterday. Me and my friend noted that all the bill boards apart from the one on the 3rd mainland bridge were filled with APC candidates...in fact we joked that PDP was broke and Cldnt place adverts....i think this explains it now!

I was watching their campaign yesterday, he was there singing dorobucci, dancing laffing all sorts while Fashola was just smiling. Ambode is another Tinubu wasteful set. 49. I doubt the veracity of this story because first, that handle @JimiAgbajeLagos is not even JK's authentic handle, he's is @jimiagbaje. Secondly, LASAA does not have the power to shut down an ad agency, only APCON can do that. LASAA's sole function is to regulate OUTDOOR (billboards etal) in Lagos.

Foul mouthed abusive people who dont tolerate other people's views and opinions, what happened to fairness? Does lagos belong to a few people. Who the f**k is that lasaa ceo?... and they take lagosians for dumb fools who cant interprete what is happening, I long figured it out when no pdp bill board was in sight and posters where veing torn. If apc was in charge of inec, there will be no opposition. God help us if they win in the centre

  81. Hi Linda, I hope my comment get posted this time around, i will first of all state clearly, i am not apolitical, therefore i have a political leaning. I read the post and what came to my mind is "elementary media planning" . It is not out of place for any one that knows media to know that you plan ahead, perhaps APC had bought most bill boards since last year. Although i am yet to see APC bill board everywhere, its the stupid poster that they have all used to litter the streets that is more visible. Both APC and PDP should face "How" they will change things for the better and stop telling us "What" they will do. anyway i have some picture of both APC and PDP bill board that i saw, please ask others to send in pictures... so we know if and what the truth is.

    ReplyDelete
  82. nobody is stopping pdp they should go and meet the owners of this bilboards they are not owned by lasaa and for you information its just paining pdp maybe they should have applied for those spaces earlier is it 2 weeks before election you want people to put ur campaign material on their LED screes JOKERS... WHAT IS HAPPENING IN ABUJA WHAT IS HAPPENING IN BAYELSA THOSE ARE PDP ZONES NOONE IS COMPLAINING O
BECOS ITS LAGOS WHICH IS FULLY AN APC STATE SO WHA DO U EXPECT ..MR AGBAJE OGA CALM DOWN!!APC DON WIN THIS ONE POSTER BILLBOARD OR NOT AND PLEASE STOP MAKEING APC LOOK BAD COS PDP IS WORSE ...

  83. RUM@>--: Fellow Nigerians, AM NOT A POLITICIAN or looking forward to get anything from any political party as we have Just few days to our elections and below are some vital things we must consider before casting our vote.

    1. Buhari killed Ben ogedengbe by a death penalty for a crime that didn't carry death penalty when he committed it.

    2. Buhari doesn't attend the Federal Council meetings yet collects his allowances. Mr. Integrity indeed.

    3. Buhari canceled former Governor Jakande's metroline and forfeited the $50 million paid for it by the then Lagos State Government

4 Buhari used Violence to stop the September 1985 National Conference of the National AssociatIon of Nigeria Students.

    5. Buhari jailed Tai Solarin and denied him his asthma drugs simply because he campaigned against military rule and for democracy.

    6. Buhari Jailed Nduka irabor and Tunde Thompson for writing a truthful report which embarrassed his Government

    7. Buhari raided respected Papa Awolowo's house and seized his passport so he couldn't travel out of the country. Was he also corrupt?

8.Buhari threw Former vice President Alex Ekweme in jail even though it was proven that Ekweme never stole any money.

    9. He jailed honest and respected pa Adekunle Ajasin.

    10. He jailed Fela Kuti in I984 for singing against the dictatorial tendencies of his Military Government

11 Doctors, remember that Buhari banned the Nigeria medical Association (NMA)

    12. Buhari stopped Ooni of Ife for traveling abroad simply because he visited the holy land of Israel in 1984

    13. He broke up press conference of ASSU in 1984 and detained four of their executives

14 He jailed Beko Ransome Kuti who only demanded for the release of his brother.

Nigerians must be careful what they wish for!

Keep sharing to keep Nigeria democratic and free from oppression.

    ReplyDelete
  84. As much as I don't like PDP and Jimi Agbaje, this is totally wrong of the agency and the state government. Pdp has a right to campaign fairly. If they are not careful they would lose votes. This has made me lose respect for the state government...

  87. Hi Linda, Fellow & Distinguished LIB Fans, Dear All,

Except the GREEN Boards with his picture and 'Bold Ideas' are not his....

I have seen some JK, GEJ & PDP Billboards & Lampposts all over Lagos, including Ogudu, 3rd Mainland Bridge & the one I just passed on Opebi Link Bridge.

I am tempted to believe that Mr, Agbaje is not as clean and sincere as presented.

His approach might be a premature wolf cry, plus an immature and cheap blackmail.

We must be careful to disallow these Politicians from using us.

My approach would've been to confirm that the Advertising agencies were speaking the truth by requesting the rejection letter/document.

Also, instead of running to the social media, did he file a complaint to the LASSA Authority to express his displeasure?

A true leader will respectfully ensure due process before displaying these rant of social media hooliganism.

Nigerians, Lagosians, let's take time to ask the right questions before sentimentally following Politicians to JUMP INTO CONCLUSION.

    Regards and happy new year...
