it can be a lie....if someone can go to CNN and tell the whole world there is constant electricity in the country, he even dare them to ask. if he can pardon the most corrupt Nigerians, if he can say "stealing is not corruption", if he can say he's soft on boko haram because he sees them as family despite the fact that thousands of Nigerians are being killed. i won't see this as too much of a lie. He pays professional liers heavily (ruben abati, doyin okupe, maku, reno, fani k etc) are employ to fabricate lies.
