The FirstBank 3rd monthly
and 1st quarterly Savings Bonanza raffle draw took place at the All
Seasons Hotel in Owerri, Imo State on the 11th December 2014. It was an awesome event with FirstBank putting
smiles on their customer’s faces by fulfilling their promise of appreciating
numerous customers for saving with them especially during this Savings Bonanza
Promo.
According to the Head, Consumer
Banking, First Bank of Nigeria Ltd Mrs. Adebimpe Ihekuna, who explained the
process of picking winners, “After maintaining the sum of N20, 000 every month
for three consecutive months, a quarterly raffle draw such as the one we are
about to witness here today. Once a winner emerges, we place a call to the
telephone numbers they provided on opening the account informing them of their
win and then, through the branch where their account is domiciled at, they
receive an invitation to attend the FirstBank Savings Bonanza Promo
prize-giving ceremony”.
Most winners at the draws were
excited on their win and expressed their joy to FirstBank for creating the
Savings Bonanza promo as a way of rewarding its customers.
The FirstBank Savings Bonanza Promo prize-giving ceremony was
witnessed by FirstBank customers in Owerri, Staff of FirstBank, representatives
from the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, Consumer Protection Council, KPMG
Advisory Services, as well as previous winners and well-wishers from all over Imo
State. As luck would have it, Okechukwu Kelvin, a winner of the Home theatre prize
was close by and was able to come and pick up his prize which was presented to
him by Charles Osondu, Representative of the Group Head, Retail FirstBank Ltd. The
event had indigenes of Imo State express their appreciation of the transparency
they witnessed at the draw. Indeed, this was a promise kept.
