Photos: GEJ completes PDP screening to contest as President in 2015

The PDP today conducted a screening exercise for President Jonathan at the party secretariat in Abuja. According to the party leadership, the screening process was necessary in order to comply with the processes leading to the primaries and ratification of political aspirants of the party. At the end of the exercise, President Jonathan was handed a certificate of clearance.

Meanwhile Abdujalil Balewa, the son of the late Nigerian Prime Minister, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, who was also at the party secretariat for the presidential screening announced he was stepping down.
