exactly what happens in this Country. However, it could be curbed if "grave sanctions" are levied on those who fail to provide their "procurement plan" before a project commences.

In the real Nigeria, she would have been married at 10, a mother of 6 at 17and a grandmother at 25. All this without ever leaving the home she shares with Alhaji and her 3 sisterwives. lol
