  5. After watching the interview granted by the staff of the Lagos state Housing authority,I'm waiting to see how the people whose negligence caused these tragedy are brought to book.
The story of jet flying over the building prior to collapse is absolutely rubbish and ridiculous.
May the souls of the dead rest in peace.

  21. I have asked myself several questions regarding this incident.

The neighborhood of the church location is a densely populated area

    1) Did the plane drop bomb on the building?
    2) Did the plane fall on the building?
    3) Did the plane drop dangerous chemicals on the building and if yes did the chemicals fall on other buildings or people walking below since the plane is flying high up and can not just drop on that particular building without affecting others within the same location.
    4) Was it the vibrations from the plane that brought the building down
    5) Was the building permit allow for additional three floors that was being added.
    6) Was the foundation of the building strong to carry additional three floors being added?

But me think the engineers for this building has a lot of questions to answer.

We are just humans and not God. It is only God that knows exactly what happened.
Let us not be too quick to pass judgement. Even Jesus was asked why he could not save himself if actually he is the SON of GOD!

May God comfort all the families that have lost their own in this tragedy!!!!
May God also comfort the Man of God and give him wisdom to handle this tragedy

    1. Please let us not mock God by saying that God alone knows what happened. Some things are clear enough for us humans to see and understand cos God in his Infinite mercy has given us the wisdom and power to discern too. If it is true that the building was being raised more than the intended abi initial building plan, then it was bound to collapse. The foundation alone would not have been able to hold up much. It was bound to happen. It only bowed to pressure. And gauging the number of people in the building when it collapsed, coupled with the extra weight of the added floors? Haba! It is not rocket science nah. No hovering plane caused it. Good Lagos govt has moved in to help out. Henceforth, it is supposed to be their property. RIP to those who lost their lives while seeking the face of God. Its a pity.

  22. I can't believe people are still trapped. God please be with them and let the come out alive. God please help the rescue workers to locate them. I'm sure the Pastor isn't sleeping, I can't imagine sleeping while people are trapped under the rubble in his Church. May God comfort him and the families of the victims

  26. People are buried under hard rocks of mortar and bricks and the police has to go through the bureaucracy-announce to the public before deploying sniffer dogs? Plus imagine meeting your end where you should have actually met your salvation!

  27. For safety reasons, no building should be worked upon while people are still in it... They were adding 2/3 storeys more to that building while people were underneath,we are all humans, safety first!

  33. serious?! we got sniffer dogs?! where have they being hiding, they could have being used to sniff out bombs and the likes, reducing the heavy hold ups at check points! I hope they find people soon, cos the more time passes the chances of finding people alive becomes remote.
