Haven Homes/Ledyvine Unveil Lekki Show Home

Haven Homes, developer and promoter of affordable luxury living, in a unique partnership with internationally renowned Interior Architects, Ledyvine has opened another ultra modern Show Home in Lekki. It is an exquisite four-bedroom home set on three levels located in the Richmond Gate Estate in a prestige district of Ikate-Elegushi in the Lekki corridor. Continue...

The doors of new show home were thrown open to dignitaries and guests at a two- day impressive and well-attended event that ran from Saturday 29th March through Sunday 30th March 2014. Popular and musical artiste, 2face who had earlier bought some houses from Haven Homes, in the company of his lovely wife Annie, added glamour to the occasion.

The event was also graced with the presence of the Lagos State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Bosun Jeje, Timi Dakolo and several other distinguished guests.

They were warmly received by a train of Haven Homes’ personalities led by the managing director/ CEO, Mr Tayo Sonuga and taken on tour of the show home and the upscale estate.

Asked why his company have had a trail of exquisite show homes, Tayo Sonuga responded,” If you would appreciate the evolving quality of the homes we have built and what we have been able to achieve over the years, it would be easy for you to see that we are dynamic, we are always trying to improve our previous standard. Therefore the Lekki show home which is being unveiled today along with Richmond Gate depicts the benchmark of the moment which we will still make better tomorrow.’’

The show home remains open from 10am to 6pm (Mon to Sat) to welcome guests who will like to join the growing list of customers living their dreams with Haven Homes or to discuss with the Interior Architects, Ledyvine for Interior Décor requirements.

    2. I was all for it until I saw the white disney princess on the wall. Yeah yeah yeah Cinderella is classic, but these homes are in Africa! Nigeria for that matter! What wrong would it have been to put Tiana (the black disney princess) on the wall of the little girl's bedroom, after all I am assuming black Nigerians will be living in these homes and not expats. Its little things like this that go a long way. From the Pear's Baby Line using a white baby, although they have an extremely large market of black africans in Nigeria. Nobody pays attention to the details. It all starts from a young age. Its bad enough they have to be exposed to Nigerian music videos that prefer to use non-black women although <98% of the people that buy and support their music are BLACK!
Sorry but as a black female, the thought of a large blonde white woman in the bedroom of a black young girl really gives me the creeps. Because we all know if it were the bedroom of a white girl, Disney princess Tiana would not be hanging on her wall.
      FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

    4. Like they said, it's a show home. They av obviously put on display different stuffs that u av options of picking from. They didn't say it's their standard to.av walls like dt. Lets try to appreciate creativity and aesthetics. If u want Patience Jonathan on ur wall, m sure they would come up with a solution. Easy. Food for thought : in d children's room, I would rather put up a familiar image on the wall. They watch a lot of foreign cartoons. Till u come up with Naija or African cartoon, I think they av done well... cheers

Nyways, I still think she looks more beautiful in her dark skin, judging fro her traditional marriage and wedding pics.

  33. House like office. I know we Nigerians love the imported lifestyle house but in reality we are supposed to incorporate a bit more nature into our aethetic awareness being opportune to be in the tropics and all. Greener environments are healthier environments.

  39. Lovely!!!!!!! But I doubt if Tuface really paid for those houses they said he bought cos the rate at which he appears in every of their functions might mean he's just their ambassador who might have bn given a house to help build their brand cos if he'll be going round with them if he was just a client that bought houses from them at the original price they sell.

  42. I like the kitchen and what I could glimpse of the bathroom the best. The interior design is way too modern to feel warm and inviting, and even the architecture is out there, really for the hip flashy crowd. I hope they plant some trees and flowers and zone green spaces and parks in the neighbourhood.
