According to local media, trouble started for the man after his girlfriend left him alone with her son. A few hours later, he called his girlfriend claiming the boy fell and was having seizures. The child was rushed to the hospital and died two days later. Doctors who didn't believe the boy fell called the police and told them they suspected foul play because the injuries on the boy wasn't consistent with a fall but with blunt trauma, and also said possible sexual abuse was involved.
Doctors concluded there was blunt trauma and that the child also had a fissure in the anus. Fissure could come from sexual abuse or constipation but the boy's mum said he didn't have constipation.
Daryell was immediately arrested and charged with abusing and killing the boy, an accusation he vehemently denied. Then he went to prison and other prisoners who had heard what he did, came for him. (See the anus area in the right pic above?) Continue...
When he recovered a little, they returned him to the prison and once again...the prisoners descended on him. They tore open the stitches on her back, stabbed him some more and raped him again.
Xavier has since been removed from the Wansbeck, DF prison and taken to another prison...

I am not a doctor so I don't know much about blunt trauma and fissure. I would expect they will be able to tell with 100% certainty if the boy was raped but from your write up, they said constipation could also have caused the fissure.
The amount of innocent victims that were jailed in the US and are now being freed has increased in the last few years so I pray this man is not innocent. It doesnt make this right and I have goose bumps wondering how a human being can do this to another and the thought of an innocent man falling into this kind of situation is scary.
I am against violence of any kind and cannot condone murder, rape or jungle justice against children or adult. Let the court do their job and may God grant the mother the fortitude to bear the loss.
It is quite possible that this man is completely innocent. According to him, the boy fell from a seizure. It is possible that the boy hit his head during the fall and the fissure could have been caused by constipation or abuse by another. This is a case of people rushing to judgement. The man has not even been tried, let alone convicted.
ReplyDeleteWhat if he didn't do I? There is know proof that he did, and what right has any man to take justice to there hand. This really disturbing. Why didn't the prisoners leave the court to take it up, and what if he is innocent. God dis will hunt him the rest of his life. That is why its always good to listen to your inner voice, maybe he is not meant to be with that girl and her child.

ReplyDeleteI don't think he deserve this. The facts of the case are to vague. The child could have been abused or had constipation?
ReplyDeleteThis is not enough evidence for me. And if the facts are true.. and he did abuse the child. Then God have mercy on his soul. Vengeance is the Lords. But 20 men raping and stabbing him, is not justice. Men are brutally raped and tortured in prison without being labeled child molesters. So to advocate such horrific violence on another human being is despicable.
