  49. Bad commentators... Think before you comment, read in between lines before you comment... For them to have invited him should mean a whole lot more to you, meaning that they saw an economist value in him.. He is rich and as such, should be able to lecture others money wise.. The language he used in communicating to them ain't your business...besides its calabar, so its English... Every wealthy person should be an economist like Aliko Dangote, most musicians, actors, models name it.. Even the president..you musnt study Economics before you can lecture on Economic issues..

  51. most ppl on this blog r very dumb. do u know how many non university trained entrepreneurs giv lectures to harvard business school students yearly? you musnt go to a uni or speak perfect english to be an enterpreneur, kai, such dumbness from libers

    ReplyDelete
  52. The fact that he is a musician, making money from shows does not make him an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneur is an individual who organizes and operate a business or businesses, taking on financial risk to do so.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Oh! Really? O ga di kwa egwu

    ReplyDelete
  54. For square to be were they are it means they manage tfeir finances wells, and CBN thought it wisely to use them as role models to encourage the new recruits

N I mean stingy in a good way. D way dey release songs ehn, dere is always business strategy involved. Ndi igbo kwenu!

  62. So CBN is now looking to musicians for inspirations? Isn't that BS?

    ReplyDelete
  63. Misapplication of public funds.Cbn staff are public servants and enterpreneurial lectures shpuld not apply to them except you want them to be running a business enterprise while still in active service.Or are they implying they wouldnt have a long career working in cbn?It is a disingenious means of spending by training dept of cbn(stylish looting)

    ReplyDelete
  64. @mischevious- u are highly DUMB. so a person in show business isnt an entrepreneur? peter is not an individual? and neither did he use money to start his business nor does he manage it affectively. tomoro u will say linda isnt an entrepreneur. olodo

    ReplyDelete
  65. All these people claiming English... Go and ask likes of bill gates and warren buffet if they finished school but still yet the control and manage affairs if those who actually went to school.if CBN deemed it fit to call him then they saw that he was actually good economically for psquare to have recorded success on each of their albums...they are worth calling upon to give a lecture... Ask those who speak good English wether it has gained them 5k talk more if a lecture..

    ReplyDelete
  66. Peter is qualified to give that speech. Why? He is a success story, manages his finance well. What good is an economist if he Is a broke ass nigga. Is oprah, obama, facebook pres. Mark, a financial analyst? A maggi seller that is a success story can give that speech, in english, yoruba, tiv for all I care. If u got brains u got it

We dey una back!

    ReplyDelete
  72. This has nothing to do with the schools they went to. Anyone who started from the scratch to build an empire for him or herself should be able to say something about entrepreneurship. That I can say P Square did so in their own way they can share their experience for these new CBN hires to take a cue from. Well done Peter Okoye!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Wait! Is it that the world has suddenly lost other more business-inclined entrepreneurs. Na wa ooh!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Being a musician DOES not qualify you to be called an entrepreneur. The guy is spot on! People should learn not be abusive when making their comment.
