    this statement doesnt make sense, cos as a US citizen all your income is taxed whether it is made in the US or not, besides there is no tax haven in Africa. So, unless he wants to hide the money from the tax system in the US, that will definitely get him in trouble when he is caught. Look at Wesley Snipes is still in prison for tax evasion, Lauren hill....
