ReplyDeleteI did not feel the stephanie's blog. But I will give her a benefit of the doubt as she just started. Let her not make her blog just about herself, people will get bored easily if she does. All the pics she posted are all about herself, nigerians to my best knowledge are not all that into celebrity worship. She should come up with interesting news and stories espeicially about nigeria in order to attract and keep people's interest. More importantly, she must make her readers feel like she's just like one of them(in other words, being down to earth)and not superior. I believe that's the secret of Linda's success.

Remember that the blogging field is over saturated as it is, you MUST bring something to the table that sets your blog apart...what is your perspective and what makes it different from Linda Ikeji, Bella Naija etc. Bella and Linda have created a niche market for themselves, people know what they will get from those blogs, what should they expect from you? You cannot just rely on the fact that your name is Stephanie Okereke Linus.
The movie industry but be slow because as many movie as they shoot, i don't know when she will find time to update her blog with all of the current information trending every minute. i guess she will probably have someone do it for her because with all that appears to be going in her life (new marriage, spokeswoman for the hair company, acting, philanthropy, parties/events etc), blogging can be a full time job in itself.
