If no one told you Ms Sahara used to be a man, would you have suspected? Her transformation is really amazing. She can definitely be classified as a pretty woman. 28 year old Sahara was born a man. He was known as Oche and lived in Abuja for several years before moving to the UK about 7 years ago where she's now living as a woman.
