Kanu Nwankwo spends over N2billion on choice properties in Lekki

Not only was he a footballer, he was also a business man who invested heavily in real estate. Since retiring from the game that brought him fame and fortune, the former Super Eagles skipper is taking his property business to the next level. People very close to him say he just acquired eight buildings at Stillwaters Estate, Lekki, phase 1, Lagos. The one storey building estate painted butter colour cost about N300million each. He bought eight, do the maths...:-)

  1. Typical omoyibo; they know how to keep their money unlike Obafemi my bros wey don blow him own before the end of his career. Check all the retired Nigerian players and you will notice that the ibo ones are more likely to stay rich at the end of their career.

  12. Haba Linda, N300MM for ONE house, na lie jorrr.... Still Water cant be more than N30MM, so you do the math...I be real estate guru. You don overcoat this story!*sigh*

  13. I disagree with the price of the houses. A storey building in still waters estate does not cost 300million. You can take that to the bank.

The buildings in still waters are very exact and for the records, its the ugliest estate on Lekki- Epe expressway.

His estate agent needs to be questioned except Kanu na money miss road.

  16. 300million??????/ shey pepeye die?

its 60 million for a 5 Bed detached house. Abeg no kill person with false news.

if it was 300 mil why not buy 150 mil land in ikoyi and build with 50 - 75 mil.
