They always looked for trouble. 80% of us couldn't graduate cos of out atrocities. Either rival cult groups were looking for us or tge school rusticated us. I had to renounce and went to another school to complete my studies. Our head quaters is in benin. They still exist and they are murders.

    2. D.I. G commends Neo Black Movement for donating building to police in C’ River

MR Emmanuel Inyang, the Deputy Inspector General of Police coordinating police operations  in the south -south states has commended the Neo Black Movement, a Pan African organization for constructing  and handing over a building for the Cross River Police Command.

Mr Inyang who made the commendation  on Saturday evening  in Calabar during the  13th annual lecture and 40th anniversary celebration of the movement stated that the Neo Black Movement through its philanthropic activities has shown that it was an organisation with good intentions for the development of society.

Mr Inyang who spoke  through the Cross River Police Commissioner, Mr Hafiz Inuwa stated that the  building was constructed with surprising speed adding that the police is underfunded and has inadequate personnel to man every nook and cranny of the country and therefore should be assisted by the people through provision of working tools and supply of information  to enhance their operations.

“The police as we know it today  is underfunded and the number of policemen cannot go round  everybody as required by the United Nations so what the police needs is for the members of the public  to partner with us by assisting us though  the provision of working tools like vehicles, buildings, walkie  talkie and also giving us information about criminals around them”. Inyang stated

He said members of the public have the right to arrest anyone seen committing a  crime  and subsequently  hand over such a person to the police for integration before being charged to court.

“Criminals live among us and some us of know them but sometimes people who know them keep quiet and such conspiracy of silence breeds crime which should not be the case because no one is immune to being attacked by hoodlums”

Mr Cosmas Ndukwe, the Deputy Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly in a lecture on curbing youth restiveness stated that going by the United Nations definition of a youth which is those  between the ages of 15 and 24, most restive activities are carried out by those who are adults but the blame is heaped on the youths

“People who are youths are those between the ages of 14 and 25 and this class of people  are  mostly primary and secondary school students and you  see a man who is forty or fifty engaging in restiveness instead of rightly terming it adult restiveness we still term it  but they are said to be youths restiveness”

He said what will stem restiveness in Nigeria is good governance and justice because people would continue to agitate and demand for their rights where  they feel  ill treated  or subjected to acts of injustice at any given time.

“The Neo Black Movement is at the vanguard for the fight against injustice by anyone and we  will continue to do that until the society is free of acts of oppresion and injustice”. Ndukwe concluded

    2. "Okorofo" as you call it is never a God. Its a tongue like Igbo says Chineke, Awusa says Ala, Yoruba says Oluwa, Efik says Abasi, English says God. NBM has no deity, every body prays to his own God be you a Christian, Muslim, Pegan, etc. Freedom of choice, freedom of religion, freedom of worship.
It's just like rastas who use "Jah" in reference to God.

Because English says God doesn't mean "chineke" "Abasi" "Oluwa" "Jah" is a deity. Be properly informed.

  84. I think most of you need to really dig deep into the activities of the Neo Black Movement of Africa first.
Judging by comments of most of you here, its obvious you are ignorant of what that body is and stands for.
I want to inform you all that NBM DO NOT EXIST or have structure in any higher institution of learning.NBM is a registered organisation which any one of us can challenge its authenticity in a court of law.
Secondly,NBM is not blackaxe and so not have any affiliation whatsoever with the said group. However we wouldn't dent the fact that some scrupulous elements use the name of this organisation to commit crime under the disguise of being a member.I am a proud member and wouldn't be shy to say that.
In as much as I understand the feelings and doubts of most people,I also wish to state that we should be mindful of what we write or comment in public as this is a legal organisation that can take any legal action against anybody with derogatory views about us.
Nigerians are bad but inside we have saints!
    God bless us all.

  86. Go and tell the DIG of police in calabar and cross river state commissioner of police that NBM is a cult group. Nonsense

    ReplyDelete
  87. Let me break it down for y'all. NBM is a Pan-African organization whose vision is to uphold African culture and free the minds of Africans from mental slavery.
I must admit though that some bad eggs were brought into this organization who ended up twisting the purpose of the organization in some areas thereby making most people see them as a dreaded cult.
That is not to say there aren't those who follow the original vision of the movement and strive to redirect the lost sheep to the right path.
Donating to charity and carrying out humanitarian projects is not just what they are about. The purpose is to make the black man realize his true potential and to not be limited by the illusionary boundaries placed by other races. There is a lot that you all need to be enlightened on but time wont permit me. I perfectly understand the misconceptions you have about this organization and I blame the system but hopefully in the near future things will be set right.

  90. Neo-Blackism is a complex mix of Pan-Africanism, Black nationalism, intellectual radicalism, Negritude, research into African traditional religion, culture and medicine, fraternal relations, secret rights of passage and informed positive action, it is the ideology of the Neo-Black movement of Africa.

At inceptiin, We preached peace, we practiced peace, we even influenced dreaded cults on campuses to go
and donate to motherless babies homes! But we wrote very powerful articles about society,
    government, and Africans.
NBM believed that if the colonialists had left Africa to evolve on its own without bringing
strange and extremely corrupt values to us FORCEFULLY, SUCH VICES LIKE STEALING
THE NATIONS FUNDS AND BURYING THEM EVERYWHERE IMAGINABLE WOULD
NEVER BE HEARD OF IN OUR SOCIETY.
The ridiculous claims by certain religious outfits would not be taken as gospel truth eg. No
African man was a party to the betrayal, trial, and crucifixion of Jesus Christ, yet Africans are
used in films produced , even by Africans, to symbolize Judas Iscariot, Satan etc. This example is
    simple but weighty!
Hoodlums and impostors constitute nuisance under it's umbrella, true Axemen are not threats to the society, rather they are defenders and advocates of justice. Any individual with questionable character who claims membership of the Nbm should be reported to the organisation as we also support whistle blowing policy. Let's not forget that, there is no organization that does not have members with questionable character, from government organisations to civil groups, even the military and police force have bad eggs. But, it would be a logical fallacy to generalize. The likes of the bishop are dedicated in redirecting all minds back to our initial ideologies as stated in my first paragraph. NBM isn't a cult and will never be, for it is only a vehicle in our journey to Uhuru.
    I'm my brothers keeper.

Why would people judge what they don't know? I don't like coming out in issues like this, but just to bring a notice to the world not just because of your comments, but explaining the struggle of understanding to the world. I don't blame the blogger, she is just a blogger that needs to carry news with good and bad values. But I feel before carrying any news, she needs to screen or even demand payment from people to add plus to her business. With this, he or she can carry better ideology of a news before posting. " I AM A PROUD MEMBER OF THE NEO BLACK MOVEMENT OF AFRICA" I stand for the truth no matter how difficult the truth is all about. I defend the black race both home and abroad. I stand for Right of Equality and social justice for the black people. We might have been hurt in our past, but there are words of encouragement, " A PEOPLE WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PAST HISTORY, ORIGIN AND CULTURE IS LIKE A TREE WITHOUT ROOTS " let's leave criticism and focus and how to better our own life's. But I want to also answer to Linda, NBM is NOT a CULT group. you are entitled to your own opinion, weda Na as you call am or not, Na my choice. We shall continue to see the growth of the Movement NBM of Africa to support our society to grow and give our children better education to teach them to be great Africains. 102. Misconceptions of the NBM

Neo-Blackism is a complex mix of Pan-Africanism, Black nationalism, intellectual radicalism, Negritude, research into African traditional religion, culture and medicine, fraternal relations, secret rights of passage and informed positive action, it is the ideology of the Neo-Black movement of Africa.

    simple but weighty!
Hoodlums and impostors constitute nuisance under it's umbrella, over time some were able to infiltrate the movement, but that isn't who we are or what the movement stands for. True Axemen are not threats to the society, rather they are defenders and advocates of justice. Any individual with questionable character who claims membership of the Nbm should be reported to the organisation as we also practice the whistle blowing policy. But, it would be a logical fallacy to generalize. The likes of the bishop are dedicated in redirecting all minds back to our initial ideologies as stated in my first paragraph. NBM isn't a cult and will never be one, consult your dictionary for the meaning of a cult and fraternity.
It is a movement meant for the emancipation of the black race and we seek reparation for all blacks worldwide, irrespective of socio-cutural differences and religious affiliations. We don't support belligerency neither do we condone pugnacious attitudes from any member, anyone found wanting is squarely dealt with and handed over to security agencies if his misdemeanor is criminal. The movement is only a vehicle in our journey to Uhuru, for I'm a Neo-blackist and nothing more.

  104. That's a noble man who is upholding the freedom of the black race, you all should be grateful that there are still social groups who do not forget our roots and the fight of our fore fathers. Look around, do you not notice that we are fading out of our black race and mastering the acts of the same white men who enslaved us and made us suffer on our own grounds (If you forgot, then its shame on you). Ignore the bad atrocities done and while not focus on the good this social organisation a movement for the fight again oppression and injustice
