A set of conjoined twins were delivered in Plateau state specialist hospital, Jos, Plateau  state yesterday morning 2nd December at 28weeks gestation. President Buhari has approved the release of N522 billion to all 36 state governors for the payment of salaries as well as pension. Read the press statement shared on his social media page below...

I have approved the disbursement of N522 billion to the State Governments, to enable them pay salary and pension arrears, and put money in the economy. We have stipulated that at least 50% of the funds should be dedicated to salaries and pensions, and we will audit disbursements to ensure compliance.

31 year old Formula one racer Nico Rosberg has shockingly announced his retirement from the mega rich sport just five days after winning his very first Formula one title.

Rosberg last Sunday, beat his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton by five points (through the 2016 season,) and despite signing a new contract with Mercedes last spring, announced on Friday night in a press conference at the FIA prize-giving ceremony in Vienna ,that he would be retiring from F1 with immediate effect.
