Mohammed Barkindo, a former Group Managing Director of NNPC, was appointed the new Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries OPEC yesterday June 2nd. Minister of state for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, was at the OPEC meeting which held in Vienna.
