  10. As unfortunate as the incident appears, I don't blame the driver from running away. The way people cross the high way these days without regard for their lives is terrible. When the poor driver hits them the driver becomes the victim. He is charged to court for murder. Or better still held for the medical bills of the careless person he hit. This is all for driving on a highway. That's just too bad.

    1. You are a fool,I see you re the driver. You will meet your Waterloo tonight if you don't turn yourself in.
How else do u expect him to crosz the road,is there a pedestrian bridge there?Even if he cross the road carelessly does that make you blind,or does that prevent the driver for stopping to take responsibility, and why will a normal person drive at a high speed when you are not on the express?
In short I think you're ibinabo fabresima

If only I we JD the Camera promised by the state govt, we were told they are putting cameras all over LAGOS, just like it is done even in the poorest African cities, but till now, nothing, We will remind them of all their false promises , we are waiting for their campaigns

  17. All promises Cancelled (APC). How can a big place like LAGOS not have at least 5000 cameras? Thank God Fashola made LAGOS better than he met it.

  19. The driver actually waited and his car is still at Dolphin estate police station. He tried his best to care for the man but unfortunately the injuries he sustained was just to severe.

  22. The driver will not meet any stinking waterloo. Have you not seen the way some people cross the express road with "style"? The road in question is a high speed terrain. So why should the driver be arrested for driving on the road? Why not arrest the other man for reckless crossing? So, if i cross the road recklessly and get hit by a moving car, the innocent driver should be jailed???Haba! Why did i not wait until the road is clear before crossing?
