Photos: Kanu Nwankwo visits Uganda Heart hospital, plays football with kids on muddy field

The legendary footballer visited Uganda Heart Hospital on Wednesday March 30th and donated wheel chairs and Spiro Meters to the hospital. Kanu Heart Foundation is assisting the less privileged there. He was later seen playing football with kids at a ghetto in Uganda...more photos after the cut..
