The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has postponed the arraignment of the former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, who is being accused of diverting N3.9billion Nigeria Airforce Funds while he was in office. EFCC had filed a 10-count charge on him before the court. Hearing on the case which was supposed to have started today March 3rd, was postponed till March 7th due to the absence of the trial Judge, Justice Abang Okon, who was out of town.
