Man U.2-1 Swansea: United finally win in spectacular style after 8games (EPL Round up)

The English premier league today recorded morale boosting wins for Arsenal and Manchester United as they both won on home turf. The most significant win was that of Manchester United with van Gaal unable to win against Swansea since taking over the reins at Old Trafford. Anthony Martial and Wayne Rooney scored the goals against a very dogged Swansea side who fought till the last minute ensuring United's title push suffered no more incongruity.


United played with such swashbuckling especially in the first-half that the eventual scoreline of 2-1 looked like an unfair scoreline as Martial, Mata, Young, Schweinsteiger and Wayne Rooney tormented the Swans defense with so much tempo, pace and tactical foreplay that Louis van Gaal will surely be proud followings weeks of rumours of his sack.

Former manager Sir Alex Ferguson was sat in the stands and could be seen smiling as Old Trafford came alive with such an encouraging performance.

 Meanwhile WestHam defeated Liverpool 2-0, Arsenal won Newcastle 2-0 while Leicester City and Bournemouth played out a draw. Manchester City defeated Watford 2-1 while Norwich beat Southampton by a lone goal.

    Don Jazzy reaction was uncallled for and absolutely unnecessaary.

    Olamide never called any names during his stage ranting and Olamide is entitled to his personal views/opinions which Don Jazzy didn't respect.

    Don Jazzy disrespected himsef wit calling of Olamide name. Biko dis act so belittle Don Jazzy and am disapponted in him.

    All d insults and names dat Don Jazzy received frm Olamide r wht he asked for and next time he should learn to mind himsef.

    Indeed there is dignity in SILENCE and silence is better worth for fool's.

    Words of wisdom to y'all, let d sleeping dog's b and u don't hav to reply every hater's comments concerning u and learn to respect others views/opinions.

    People hate words don't and wil never define u. Dis is d more reason u should simply laugh over hate comments and biko learn to hav thick skin against some people iresponsible comments.

    Your sport reporting is great Linda. Man Utd sure deserves this after winless runs. Mourinho does not fit into Man Utd philosophy that's why if Van Gaal eventually leaves or resigns today mourinho will not be made coach else it will show desperation!
