US woman with half a body and actress Rose Siggins dies at 43

American actress Rose Siggins, who played a legless character on "American Horror Story: Freak Show," died Saturday in Denver, according to her reps. Siggins was 43.

She was known as the woman with half a body. She was married and had two children...




The FX network show announced her death on its Facebook page, saying: "We are saddened to learn of the passing of Rose Siggins. She was beloved by everyone in the AHS family. She was a kind person, a loving mother and a very talented actor. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time."

Rose was born with a rare genetic disorder known as Sacral Agenesis. She had severely deformed legs with feet pointing in opposite directions which was eventually removed. 

 Her pregnancy was extraordinary and ground-breaking, no-one with Sacral Agenesis had ever given birth but she gave birth to two. What a phenomenal woman. RIP, Rose!

      I'm really shocked beyond words. So many questions on my mind. how did she carry her pregnancy, kudos to her husband. Here, you may be forsaken by all, but there she was loved what a lesson to learn.

    Would she have had a life in Nigeria or in any African country? With our stupid superstitious beliefs. Either she is killed after birth or locked up by the family for ever.
