Teju Babyface reveals why he stopped his TV show.

In an exclusive chat with TheNetng, Teju Oyelakin revealed that he discontinued his TV Talk show - The Teju BabyFace show - to take out time to reflect.
'You must also take out time to think. Everything has an expiring date and rather than let the expiration take you by surprise, you must have the ability to see it coming and strategies so that when the date comes, you have plans. What I am doing now is thinking and restrategising.'

  10. Nice move, it pays to pause, think and restrategize. That was what Omotola "The FAKE me" reality show lacked.

  13. His show was okay. Good that he realised the end was nigh & knew when to stop. He is a talented showman but his studio audience failed to make the show lively, they just sit there, let's say the wrong crowd, who knows?

  14. This man is as dry as TEE A .Nothing funny about them.It just few comedians like AY that are not funny but make it through packaging compared to basketmouth who has everything (very funny and well packaged) but quite Dysfunctional.Abeg Mr TEJU abi wetin you call yourself,I am happy you realised soonest as a sharp man that wasting so much time on the tv show. You can see how hot the industry is esp with these boys AY recruited and some hot upcoming so if na to go drop CV for work please do

  27. Well that kinda better. Hope he comes out bigger and better. Lemme advice. Teju should drop comedy and tap into youth development; perhaps take a cue from Olusola Amusan, Marueen Iyasele e.t.c That off course is better than comedy a million times and rewarding. God almighty is pleased with any one who develops fellow humans in whatever capacity he can. Teju could use his influence pull resources to achieve such a goal. Unlike comedy where comedians can even crack a joke about their mother who suffered to bore them.
Hear Gordons and you will never wish your children to be comedians. It would have been cool if they (comedians) do not tell lies while trying to crack jokes and stop joking about nudity and obscenity.
