Photo: Newborn baby found dumped in a bin bag

A video emerged on LiveLeak showing a newborn baby being rescued after it was dumped in a black bin bag on the side of the road. The video shows a passerby desperately trying to save the baby which still had its umbilical cord attached. One woman eventually puts on protective gloves and gently placed the baby onto a blanket. There is also more contents in the bag which could possibly be the mother's placenta.
